We are looking for a volunteer to help manage bookings for our Scout Hall, ensuring the space is well organised and available for both our own sections and external hirers.
Responsibilities may include:
Managing the hall booking calendar and ensuring bookings are correctly recorded
Communicating with hirers and responding to booking enquiries
Preparing and managing invoices for hall hire
Keeping accurate records of bookings and payments
Working with the leadership team to coordinate availability and resolve any booking queries
Supporting improvements to the hall booking process
Useful skills and experience:
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing calendars and schedules
Basic experience with invoices or financial administration
Good communication skills and the ability to work with a wider volunteer team

We are looking for a volunteer to help manage our Group Shop, ensuring members have access to the uniform and items they need.
Responsibilities may include:
Managing stock levels and maintaining an accurate inventory
Preparing uniform and equipment orders for members
Ordering replacement and additional stock when required
Organising shop opening times and collections
Keeping records of purchases and stock movement
Working with leaders and parents to ensure members receive the correct items
Useful skills and experience:
Good organisational skills
Ability to manage stock and maintain records
Confidence communicating with parents, members and suppliers
An eye for detail when preparing orders

We are looking for a creative volunteer to help share the amazing activities happening across our Scout Group and keep our community connected.
Responsibilities may include:
Managing our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
Creating and scheduling posts highlighting activities, events and achievements
Sharing updates from sections and celebrating member successes
Working with leaders to collect suitable content and updates
Helping promote events, fundraising activities and recruitment opportunities
Supporting updates to our group website
Useful skills and experience:
Confidence using social media platforms
Good written communication skills
Creativity and an ability to tell engaging stories
Basic website or content management experience would be useful
Understanding of safeguarding and appropriate use of photos/content
