Squirrels is the newest and most exciting section in Scouts, designed for 4- to 6-year-olds to have fun, make friends, and learn through play. From outdoor adventures to creative activities, Squirrels helps young children develop confidence, teamwork, and essential life skills in a safe and supportive environment. 

We're excited to announce that 14th Walthamstow Squirrels will be launching in September 2026!

Thanks to a fantastic team of volunteers—including experienced Scout leaders and parents who have stepped forward to take on the challenge—we're ready to welcome our very first Drey.

Squirrels is the newest and youngest section of Scouting, giving 4 to 6-year-olds the opportunity to make friends, learn new skills, enjoy outdoor adventures, and build confidence through fun, games, and exciting activities.
