Communicaitons

To allow quick and direct communication, we have a WhatsApp community. Each section has its own WhatsApp Parents group for communication between the leaders and parents. From time to time, we may create event-specific WhatsApp groups. The link to join this WhatsApp community can be found on the notice board of the parent section in Online Scout Manager.

Email

Emails will be used to send out event information and invitations. It is important that we have an up-to-date email address listed. Your Child can also add their own email under the "Member Details" section. This will allow them to log into OSM and see their own progress.

OSM

All personal details for our members are contained within the Online Scout Manager system, which is also used to generate emails, manage events and handle payments for subs, camps and activities.
